# Send invitation

You can send an adhoc invitation via webmeeting.online.

- Go to [start.easy-audio.de](http://webmeeting.online/easy-audio)
- Choose "I'm a moderator."
- Use your moderator/phone conference PIN
- Choose Invite Participants
- You have 2 options on how to invite your participants
  - E-mail invitation: You will be provided with an invitation text which you can copy to the clipboard using the button and paste into your desired application.
  - Copy invitation link: The participant link is copied to the clipboard. The participants only enter their name after calling the URL.
